Hazy Lake Studio — Event Media Kit
Effective October 2025
The Event Media Kit includes:
• One (1) printable flyer (8.5x11)
• One (1) square graphic for Instagram
• One (1) static story graphic
• One (1) animated story reel
Deliverables are fully customized based on the Client’s provided details and branding.
The Client must provide accurate event information (who, what, where, when) along with logos, photos, and any relevant design assets before production begins.
Hazy Lake Studio will include up to two (2) detail communications (via call or email) for approvals and revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. No work will begin until payment is received.
The Client is granted permission to use all final materials for promotional purposes across print and digital platforms.
Hazy Lake Studio retains copyright and may display completed work in its portfolio, social media, or marketing unless the Client opts out in writing prior to delivery.
Design templates or editable source files are not included.
Final files are delivered digitally within 7–10 business days after receipt of complete event information and final approvals.
Cancel within 24 hours of booking → full refund.
Cancel after 24 hours or once work has begun → payment is non-refundable.
Because this service involves custom design work, refunds cannot be issued once any part of the creative process has started.
